In this phase, we prepare all architectural drawings and supporting documentation required to secure your Planning / Development approval. This may be in the form of a Development Application (DA) to your local council, or a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval could be possible to accelerate the process, subject to the characteristics of your site.

This phase includes:

• Research and liaise with Council for planning/development compliance
• Drawings and documentation required for Planning/Development Application
• Schedule of external materials and finishes
• Supporting documentation including Statement of Environmental Effects, shadow diagrams, energy rating etc, as required
• Updated cost estimate on Planning Application drawings
• Management of/liaison with otherconsultants and Council, as required
