WHAT ARE THE KEY PHASES OF END-TO-END DESIGN?
There are 4 key design phases we guide you through to bring your dream home design project to life:
1. CONCEPT DESIGN
We start by working closely with you to develop a comprehensive design brief to ensure the new design meets your goals. We thoroughly explore and analyse your site location and research compliance requirements to create a unique concept design.
2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the concept design is agreed, we advance to a set of detailed architectural design drawings and 3D imagery. We also liaise with consultants and Council, as required.
3. DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
In this phase, we prepare all architectural drawings and supporting documentation required to secure your Planning / Development approval. This may be in the form of a Development Application (DA) to your local council, or a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval could be possible to accelerate the process, subject to the characteristics of your site.
4. CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATION
Once your Development Approval is granted, we prepare architectural working drawings and documentation to obtain your Construction Certificate approval to commence building and bring your design to life. We work closely with all relevant consultants as required to ensure all requirements are met.
